I am proud to say I have an eclectic experience when it comes to counseling. I started off as a postgraduate career counselor then moved on to school counseling then therapy with both parolees and inmates from Colorado state prison. From there I have put a focus on working with clients and couples who suffer from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and concerns related to intimacy and sex. I use a variety of therapies for my approach. My foundation is set on a realistic viewpoint (setting attainable goals, understanding consequences). From there I like to look at the actual issue and pinpoint the causes so a solution can be produced. I am trained in DBT, CBT, Gottman, Imago, and ACT.
